Please read the information below and associated documents very carefully regarding bussing for the 2025-2026 school year. Bussing will begin the first day of School (Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025 - Day 1).
Important: Are all Students able to take the school Bus at SPJH
Announced in 2024-2025 all students are eligible to avail of school bussing at St. Peter's Junior High provided they are in our school catchment area.

You can access bus routes and maps HERE . The bus route number at the top left-hand side would indicate your child's bus number (For example: Bus Route 23-243-01 = Bus #1; Bus Route 25-001-12 = Bus #12).
Student Transportation Parent Portal
“The Parent Portal is now activated!”
The Newfoundland and Labrador English School District has a Student Transportation Parent Portal. Parents/guardians can set up an account to view their child’s bus route information.
"What is the Student Transportation Parent Portal"?
This Parent Portal is the best way to access and review your child’s transportation information online.
The portal will also provide you with your child’s bus stop assignment and the pickup and drop off times in the morning and afternoon. You will also be automatically signed up to receive email notifications about route changes throughout the school year.
If you do not already have an account, you can set up the parent portal by clicking HERE . Information on how to do so is available on this page. Click on Create an Account on the bottom of the page or if you have an account, you may log in.
Courtesy Seating
Courtesy Seating: To request courtesy seating, all information and the application is available on the NL Schools Webpage HERE .
Since all SPJH students are eligible for bussing (within our catchment area), there are other situations where a courtesy stop may be requested and approved or not. If there is a situation where you feel a courtesy seat or stop is required, please go to the link above, read the policy and submit the form no later than Friday, September 20th, 2025 to Mr. R Leaman (VP). It will then be reviewed by administration and you will becontacted if the request is approved or not.
